The 13th Liquid Matter Conference will be held July 4–9, 2027 in Barcelona, Spain. Organised by the Liquids Section of the Condensed Matter Division of the European Physical Society, this series brings together scientists working on the liquid state of matter, broadly encompassing complex fluids and soft and active matter.
Topics include:
- Ionic liquids, polymers, colloids, interfaces, and glassy materials
- Active systems and biological fluids
- Biomolecular condensates and rheology
- Liquid matter for energy, the environment, and sustainability
The conference will feature plenary lectures, topical symposia with keynote and contributed oral presentations, and poster sessions.
